Job summary

Cooler Master USA is seeking a Front-End Account Manager for CSPs in Fremont, CA. You will be the strategic link between engineering and key customers, driving early engagement from concept to mass production.

You will partner with HQ on NDAs, SOWs, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear requirements and on-time delivery, while traveling as needed to maintain relationships and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Account Management or Business Development in IT infrastructure/data center/electronics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to travel to Asia.
• Technical literacy to discuss product roadmaps with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or technical cert is a plus; bilingual (Chinese/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between CSP customers and engineering teams.
• Lead early engagement, design-in phases, and strategic roadmap alignment.
• Close collaborations with HQ on NDAs, SOWs, and legal reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to capture requirements and ensure program alignment.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain for capacity during launches.
