Job summary

Priority1, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager in Oakland to drive new business in a fast-paced freight sales environment. This outside sales role targets B2B clients, building relationships with owner-level decision makers and scaling sales in the Oakland market.

The position offers a path to senior roles, with corporate training, a Fast Start program, and integrations with upper management. Training occurs in Little Rock, AR, following initial onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2 years of freight sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing or related fields)
• Involvement in campus activities encouraged
• Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor essential
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor required

Responsibilities

• Prospecting New Business (significant B2B door-to-door activity).
• Develop Lead Generation and use CRM to track activity.
• Sell and set up new accounts and onboard new clients.
• Manage accounts you sell and nurture ongoing relationships
