ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Freight Solutions Sales Representative for the West Coast, based in the Los Angeles area.

The role focuses on developing new business, expanding relationships, and growing revenue by offering integrated logistics solutions across air, ocean, ground, warehousing, and cold chain services. The ideal candidate is a pure hunter with 2+ years of B2B sales in freight forwarding and multimodal logistics, capable of consultative selling and cross-service solution

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding, air cargo, transportation, logistics, or supply chain services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field — preferred, not required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage a B2B sales pipeline from prospecting through close.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships to grow revenue.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, closing, implementation, and growth.
• Provide consultative solutions by understanding customer transportation and supply chain needs.
