The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with 2+ years in freight forwarding sales, capable of consultative selling and pricing coordination. Hybrid work schedule in the LA area is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding, air cargo, transportation, logistics, or supply chain services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Proven metrics: closed revenue, deal counts, pipeline size.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships within targeted industries.
• Design and propose integrated logistics solutions across air/ocean/ground/warehousing.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding.
• Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates in the CRM.
