The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Director, Franchise Transformation to lead strategic initiatives across its MAP USA Bottler geographies. You will diagnose opportunities, design future-state models, and drive adoption to improve in-market performance and value realization.

Reporting to the VP of Franchise Leadership, you will balance strategy with hands-on delivery, aligning bottler leadership and KO functions to realize scalable improvements in volume, share, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in franchise operations, commercial strategy, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within or alongside franchise systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation strategy and roadmaps across bottler geographies.
• Design and embed future-state operating models and adoption plans.
• Drive end-to-end transformation delivery from concept to scale with clear metrics.
