Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in franchise operations, commercial strategy, or transformation roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within or alongside franchise systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation strategy and identify growth opportunities across assigned territories.
- Design future-state operating models and align with enterprise priorities.
- Drive end-to-end delivery with governance, milestones, and clear success metrics.
- Translate national transformation into local market action plans and adoption.
- Own adoption and realize measurable value, tracking KPI progress and outcomes.
- Build scalable playbooks and enable replication across markets.
