Elevation Recruitment Group is supporting a well-established business to appoint an FP&A Manager. You will own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across five global sites, translating numbers into actionable operational insights for senior stakeholders.

The role requires a fully qualified accountant with strong P&L, balance sheet and cashflow knowledge, plus experience in cost accounting and FX. Hyperion experience is a bonus and an MBA is viewed favorably.

Formación

• Fully qualified accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet and cashflow.
• Experience with cost accounting, FX and short-term cashflow forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle.
• Produce variance analysis and develop financial models.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain and production teams to diagnose drivers.
• Present insights to senior commercial meetings with divisional President and Finance Director.
