Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fully remote role. You will collaborate with global teams to provide insights that drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in FP&A, a finance-related bachelor’s degree, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and strong stakeholder influence across geographies. MBA/MSF preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, forecasting, and complex data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to prepare clear presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in a global organization for strategic decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through insightful financial analysis and reporting.
• MBA/MSF or related postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: prepare reports and analyses to support growth and efficiency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting with global teams.
• Performance Monitoring and Insights: analyze results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Financial Modeling and Strategic Planning: develop models for budgets, forecasts, and initiatives.
• Business Partnering and Pricing Support: collaborate with Sales and other units on pricing and invoicing.
• Finance Systems and Process Improvement: support global finance systems and controls.
• Sales Incentive Administration: manage biannual incentive program calculations and administration.
• Stakeholder Communication: present findings to senior management and cross-functional leaders.
• Risk, Compliance, and Professional Conduct: maintain integrity and ensure regulatory training.
