Job summary

Sprchrgr, a boutique professional services consultancy, seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to join our US‑based remote team. You’ll lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for a diverse client mix, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance.

Reporting to Virtual CFOs, you’ll mentor teams, own complex models, KPI analyses, and cash flow work for startups and growth SMBs across the US, with opportunities to advance into senior finance roles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a financial role with at least 5+ years as a finance leader.
• Strong understanding of equity and debt financing.
• Proven track record in supporting growth with solid financial modeling.
• Experience leading budgeting and financial planning process.
• Oversee and review corporate accounting functions.
• Understand financial compliance requirements and implement policies.
• Proactive, client‑centric attitude.
• Fast learner with ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic business environments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall fiscal operations: direct our accounting teams on the full monthly cycle.
• Maintain relationships with outside partners and vendors for each client.
• Develop short- and long-range financial plans to maximize profitability.
• Provide ongoing financial analysis and modeling to leadership for decisions.
• Present interpretation of operating results to boards and executives.
• Ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.
• Supervise client engagements and occasionally direct the client’s internal team.
• Collaborate to solve ad‑hoc finance and accounting challenges.
• Analyze market trends and competition in clients’ industries.
• Assist with systems implementations and custom software solutions.
