ESS is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, partnering with operational leaders and senior management to shape growth. You’ll explain variances, build driver-based models, and turn data into clear strategic insights.

This hands-on role requires curiosity, questioning numbers, and delivering actionable recommendations that influence decisions beyond reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience leading budgets and forecasts.
• Experience building financial models from the ground up.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Experience presenting results to non-finance leaders.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and long-range planning processes.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts with business leaders.
• Build scenario analyses and driver-based models.
• Analyze revenue, labor costs, margins and expenses vs budget.
• Prepare reporting packages for senior management with clear recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
