Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is supporting a well-established business to appoint an FP&A Manager. You will own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across five global sites, translating numbers into actionable operational insights for senior stakeholders.

The role requires a fully qualified accountant with strong P&L, balance sheet and cashflow knowledge, plus experience in cost accounting and FX. Hyperion experience is a bonus and an MBA is viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a well-established business as they look to appoint an FP&A Manager.

The division you will be supporting operates across five sites globally, with strong revenue and EBITDA performance, and you will be sitting at the heart of how that performance is understood, challenged and delivered. This is not a reporting function in the traditional sense. The expectation is that you are getting into the detail, understanding what is driving the numbers, and translating that into something operationally useful for the people running the business day to day.

You will own the budgeting and forecasting cycle, produce variance analysis, develop financial models, and work closely with operations, supply chain and production teams to get the root cause of what is happening rather than just describing it. You will be presenting into senior commercial meetings and working alongside a divisional President and Finance Director, so the ability to hold your own at that level and communicate clearly across different cultures and time zones is important.

The technical baseline is strong. You will need to be fully qualified, with solid grasp of P&L, balance sheet and cashflow, cost accounting, FX, and short term cashflow forecasting. Hyperion experience would be a bonus. An MBA would also be viewed favourably given the strategic scope of the role.

Predominantly remote with some site travel required, including periodic visits to international sites.
