Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or similar financial experience.
• Healthcare or health plan experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with complex financial models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and five-year planning.
• Review monthly results with variance analysis and drivers.
• Build and maintain forecasting and decision-support models.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
• Support corporate financing activities, including debt, equity, and M&A.
