Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Manager, Global Strategic Finance to drive global planning, forecasting, and reporting across regions. You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and consolidation with governance and accuracy.

You’ll partner with leaders to validate data, deliver visibility, and support strategic decisions. The role emphasizes process improvements, AI-enabled automation, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
• FP&A or corporate finance experience — in a strategic finance function.
• Global and/or multi-entity finance experience across regions preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced modeling abilities required.
• Ability to work with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI-driven forecasting and automation is a plus.
• ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Execute global financial planning and forecasting cycle; manage budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Support consolidation and close processes; prepare variance analysis and GAAP views.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs; track budget vs actual and performance trends.
• Monitor debt covenants and liquidity; prepare covenant tracking and forecasting.
• Partner with regional leads to validate assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.
• Build and maintain financial models for variance analysis and scenarios.
• Identify process improvements; implement tools and automation to boost accuracy.
• Ensure data governance and strong controls in planning systems.
