Job summary

Network Right LLC is seeking a senior finance leader to own FP&A and strategic finance, partnering with the co-founders to translate data into actionable decisions. You’ll forecast department heads, shape pricing, and optimize CAC to double the business sustainably.

This builder role starts from the ground up, with a focus on finance tools and processes. You’ll oversee an outsourced bookkeeping partner, ensure timely closes, and drive financial insight for growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development or Investment Banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech services.
• Ability to build dynamic, forward-looking financial models.
• Translate finance into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience scaling finance processes in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling financial models and multi-year forecasts.
• Manage outsourced bookkeeping relationship and ensure month-end closes.
• Advise founders with data-driven risk, investment, cash flow and runway.
• Analyze department costs and labor utilization for efficiency.
• Review client contract pricing to balance value and growth.
• Benchmark against MSPs and drive improvement actions.
• Track CAC, LTV:CAC, payback and other unit economics.
• Evaluate and implement finance tools and systems.
• Prepare monthly board and investor reporting.
• Own monthly client invoicing and workflows.
