Job summary

The Corporate Institute is hiring an FP&A / Business Analyst to own forecasts, dashboards, and performance narratives across channels, products, and markets. You will partner with the Controller and outsourced CFO, driving insights that inform leadership decisions.

This builder's role offers latitude to design models, standardize definitions, and stand up analytics for a growing company, supporting finance and bookkeeping functions while collaborating with founders.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in FP&A, business/financial analysis, or similar finance role.
• Retail and e-commerce experience across DTC, marketplace, and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and rolling forecast development with insights to tighten forecasting and decision-making.
• Manage channel-level P&L and contribution margins for channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify DTC, wholesale).
• Provide variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. prior period) and narrative on drivers behind the numbers.
• Support monthly performance narrative and KPI dashboard development for board-visible finance deliverables.
• Support cash flow forecasting, including the 13-week rolling cash forecast and working-capital analysis.
