Job summary

Network Right LLC is seeking its first dedicated internal finance leader to own FP&A and strategic finance. You will partner with the co-founders, turning data into actionable insights to forecast department direction, shape pricing, and optimize CAC for scalable growth.

The role builds the finance function from the ground up, with hands-on work on invoicing, tooling, and process design. Expect a high-visibility, builder-focused position in a fast-growing tech services environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development or Investment Banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and iterate rolling financial models and multi-year forecasts.
• Own outsourced bookkeeping relationship and ensure month-end closes are timely and accurate.
• Advise founders with data-backed recommendations on risk, cash flow and runway.
• Analyze department costs and labor utilization to improve efficiency.
• Review client pricing to ensure competitiveness and sustainable growth.
• Benchmark against industry peers to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Track CAC, LTV:CAC ratios, payback periods and other unit economics.
• Assess finance tools, including licenses and invoicing automation.
• Prepare monthly performance and variance reports for leadership and investors.
• Own monthly client invoicing processes and workflows.
