Job summary

Sellers Dorsey is seeking a Finance Manager to act as the strategic finance counterpart to Regional VPs and business-line leaders. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis; advise on pricing, resource allocation, and investments; and build financial models, dashboards, and executive materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or similar.
• Strong financial modeling and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office 365.
• Experience with NetSuite and BI tools.
• Healthcare or professional services experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and forecast for assigned business units; translate projections into actionable guidance.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs; report findings to leadership.
• Analyze backlog, utilization, pricing, and project profitability; support pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting on close, reporting accuracy, and controls.
• Standardize data and automate reporting using NetSuite, BI tools, and ERP systems.
• Undertake additional strategic projects and ad-hoc requests.
