insightsoftware is seeking a Finance Business Partner to act as a strategic finance advisor to the Senior Director of Finance and key stakeholders. You will own P&L analysis, build financial models, cash flow forecasts, and ad hoc analyses, translating data into actionable insight for decision makers.

The role sits in operational planning, partnering with business units to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred with FP&A/finance experience.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance partner roles.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/financial reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Provide independent financial analysis on strategic initiatives and deal structures.
• Participate in executive meetings to offer financial perspective.
• Translate financial data into clear narratives for leadership.
• Own comprehensive P&L analyses and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Develop detailed financial models for planning and ad hoc analyses.
• Lead variance analyses and management reporting packages.
