Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred with FP&A/finance experience.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance partner roles.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Provide independent financial analysis on strategic initiatives and deal structures.
• Participate in executive meetings to offer financial perspective.
• Translate financial data into clear narratives for leadership.
• Own comprehensive P&L analyses and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Develop detailed financial models for planning and ad hoc analyses.
• Lead variance analyses and management reporting packages.
