Job summary

Ready is hiring a Senior Manager of FP&A & Commercial Strategy to shape the next growth phase. You will report to the CFO, owning planning, forecasting, cash, and strategic partnering with the CEO, leadership team and Board.

You will also help build frameworks for performance, S&OP, and AI-enabled automation, driving insights over compliance. You will lead FP&A end-to-end, build a scalable model, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 6-8 years of FP&A/ corporate finance experience, incl. 3+ years in consumer packaged goods.
• Proven track record building FP&A processes in a growing company.
• Advanced three-statement modeling and 13-week cash forecasting.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP and month-end close.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales/Marketing on commercial decisions.
• AI automation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan and budget by brand, channel, customer and product line.
• Run monthly landing and forecast cadence with risk/opportunity reviews.
• Deliver driver-based rolling forecasts from revenue to cash with clear ranges.
• Build and maintain the company’s integrated financial model and run scenario analysis.
• Partner with the CFO on the 3-year plan and guardrails on key levers.
• Own the cash and working capital forecast and related reporting.
• Prepare Board materials and leadership reports; define KPI templates and calendars.
• Lead FP&A & commercial finance team development over time.
