Job summary

Consultative Search Group is seeking a data-driven FP&A Senior Finance Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling across global operations. You will provide financial insights, partner cross-functionally with leaders, and drive strategic decision-making in a fast-growing tech/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years FP&A or related experience in tech, med-tech, or manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts across departments.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Perform variance analysis and present findings to leadership.
• Create dashboards and insights using Power BI/Tableau.
• Partner with department heads to align budgets with strategic initiatives.
