Job summary

UKG is seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to support GTM and Marketing leadership with headcount investments, expenses, and resource allocation. You will lead headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking in collaboration with HR and leaders, analyzing performance and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

You will build robust financial models for scenario planning and strategic decision making, drive expense discipline, and collaborate with Corporate FP&A,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Go To Market Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations Finance, or FP&A.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling expertise.
• Experience managing headcount planning and Opex for a GTM organization.
• Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to GTM and Marketing leadership, advising on headcount investments and expenses.
• Lead GTM headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking with HR and business leaders.
• Analyze financial performance versus plan, delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and growth initiatives.
• Drive expense discipline by monitoring spend trends and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Corporate FP&A, Sales Finance, and HR to align planning and reporting.
• Support annual planning (AOP), monthly close, and corporate reporting deliverables.
