Job summary

UKG is a leading Workforce Operating Platform delivering HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions. We seek a finance business partner to GTM/Marketing, driving headcount investments, expense management, and strategic planning.

You will own GTM budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, shaping financial decisions for growth. Collaborating with FP&A, Sales Finance, and HR, you will support annual planning, monthly close, and reporting, while building robust models and insights.

Qualifications

• Business degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of Go To Market Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations Finance, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to GTM and Marketing leadership for headcount and expense decisions.
• Lead GTM headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking with HR and leaders.
• Analyze performance versus plan; deliver insights to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models for GTM investments and growth.
• Drive cost discipline by monitoring spend and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Sales Finance, and HR for alignment in planning and reporting.
• Support annual planning, monthly close, and reporting with process improvements.
