UKG is seeking a senior finance business partner to support GTM and Marketing leadership with headcount investments, expense management, and resource allocation. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, partnering with HR and business leaders to align on targets and strategy.

In this role, you will build and maintain financial models, analyze performance against plan, and deliver insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Business degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in Go To Market Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations Finance or FP&A.
• Forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as finance partner to GTM and Marketing leadership, guiding headcount investments and expense management.
• Leading GTM headcount planning, with budgeting, forecasting and tracking with HR and leaders.
• Analyze performance versus plan and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain models to support scenario planning for GTM investments and growth.
• Drive expense discipline by monitoring spend trends and identifying cost-optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Sales Finance and HR to align planning and reporting.
• Support annual planning, monthly close and corporate reporting while improving forecasting processes.
