Job summary

Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is looking for a Finance & Strategy professional to support Real Estate and Workplace Services, and order-to-cash processes. You will forecast, report, and provide decision support for leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Accounting and other business units to ensure accuracy and drive scalable processes, leveraging tools like Hyperion, Workday, Tableau, and Google Suite. This hybrid role requires collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of FP&A/finance, accounting, consulting, or analytic roles.
• Experience building financial and decision support models.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Intellectual curiosity and proactive学习 to expand skills.
• Highly motivated, collaborative and a strong teammate.
• Experience with Hyperion, Workday, Tableau, Google Suite, or data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidated close and forecasts (monthly/quarterly; annual plan).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting and analyze results.
• Drive process improvements and scalable, AI-assisted processes.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance & Strategy, Accounting, and other partners.
• Assist in analysis and presentation for management meetings.
• Deliver insights to help leaders manage key metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose system/process fixes.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
