Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Finance & Strategy professional to join the Hybrid office in Atlanta, GA. You will support consolidated close, forecasts, and management reporting, partnering with Real Estate, Workplace Services, and Procurement to deliver insights that drive decisions.

You have a BA/BS and at least 2 years in FP&A or analytics, with strong modeling and data skills. The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in FP&A/finance, accounting, consulting, or analytics.
• Experience building financial and decision-support models.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Hyperion, Workday, Tableau or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close and forecasts.
• Prepare management reporting and analyze results.
• Drive process improvements for scalable AI-enabled workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners for decision support.
• Collaborate with Finance & Strategy, Accounting and partners as needed.
• Create strategic materials for leadership meetings.
• Produce insights on key metrics and root-cause analysis.
• Tackle ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
