Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years in FP&A/finance, accounting, consulting, or analytics.
• Experience building financial and decision support models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidated close and forecasts (monthly/quarterly) and annual plan.
• Develop AI-assisted repeatable business and financial processes.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance & Strategy, Accounting and other partners as necessary.
• Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings.
• Deliver insights to help leaders understand and manage key metrics.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose system/process improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
