Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the FP&A technology strategy and delivery for financial planning platforms, centered on Workday Adaptive Planning and Agentic transformation. You will translate Finance, Engineering, and Data needs into clear roadmaps with measurable impact.

You will drive a 1-year roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, and shape governance, metrics, and AI-enabled workflows that deliver value to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with ownership of complex product areas.
• Ability to develop strategy and milestones across multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Independent decision-making with principled tradeoffs.
• Experience with AI-driven or agentic products; understanding where AI adds value and risk.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tailor messages for engineers to C-suite.
• Experience with Workday Platform or Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for FP&A planning processes with a 1-year roadmap horizon.
• Serve as domain expert for FP&A processes and planning systems like Workday Adaptive.
• Partner with Engineering, TPMs, and stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and align goals.
• Define guardrails, escalation paths, and quality standards across Finance tech products.
• Identify risks early and resolve alignment issues before escalation is needed.
• Lead platform governance: roadmap reviews, release planning, change management.
• Evaluate AI/automation adoption within FP&A workflows and quantify value.
• Define and track success metrics; communicate outcomes to senior/executive stakeholders.
