Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with ownership of complex product areas spanning Accounting and Reporting, Planning, Procurement, and Agentics/AI.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and own milestones across several related projects with a 1-2 year roadmap.
• Independent decision-making: define problems, identify solutions, tradeoffs, and drive outcomes.
• Strong anticipatory thinking to identify friction and risk early and resolve without escalation.
• Experience with AI-driven / agentic products and understanding where AI adds value vs risk.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for FP&A Planning processes with a 1-year roadmap horizon.
• Serve as domain expert for FP&A processes and planning platforms (Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Partner with Engineering, TPMs, and stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and align roadmaps and goals.
• Define guardrails, escalation paths, and quality standards across Finance technology products.
• Identify and resolve risks early to avoid escalations.
• Lead platform governance including roadmap reviews, release planning, and change management.
• Evaluate adoption of AI and automation capabilities within FP&A workflows.
• Define and track success metrics and communicate outcomes to executives.
