Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an FP&A professional in Atlanta to support Real Estate, Procurement and related teams with financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting. You will lead analysis, build models, and drive strategic insights to help scale the business in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS with 2+ years in FP&A or analytics, strong communication, and proficiency with Hyperion, Workday, Tableau, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in FP&A/finance, accounting, consulting, or analytic roles.
• Experience building financial and decision support models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Intellectual curiosity, proactive in expanding skills.
• Collaborative, motivated, and able to lead across organizational levels.
• Experience with Hyperion, Workday, Tableau, Google Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidated close and forecasts (monthly and quarterly forecasts; annual plan) and prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, analyzing financial results, and distilling key trends.
• Continue to drive process improvement and scalability by developing AI tool assisted repeatable business, operational, and financial processes widely understood by all key stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with business partners to support strategic decision-making through insightful, data-driven analysis.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance & Strategy, Accounting, and other business partners as necessary, to ensure alignment and expense accuracy.
• Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings.
• Deliver insights that influence business leaders to better understand and manage critical metrics.
• Troubleshoot operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/processes to fix root causes.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
