Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for FP&A planning, owning the technology strategy and delivery for financial planning platforms, with emphasis on Workday Adaptive Planning and Agentic transformation. You will translate complex business needs into clear, prioritized roadmaps across Finance, Engineering, and Data to deliver measurable impact.

You will collaborate with Finance partners and Engineering to define and execute a multi-year roadmap, drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows,

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, with ownership of complex product areas spanning finance and planning.
Ability to develop strategy and milestones across multiple projects with a 1–2 year roadmap.
Independent decision-making with problem definition and tradeoffs.
Experience with AI-driven / agentic products and enterprise SaaS/ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle for FP&A planning processes with a 1-year roadmap horizon.
Serve as domain expert for FP&A processes and planning platforms.
Collaborate with Engineering, TPMs, and stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and align goals.
Define guardrails, escalation paths, and quality standards for Finance technology products.
Lead platform governance including roadmap reviews, release planning, and change management.
Evaluate adoption of AI and automation within FP&A workflows.
