Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Finance & Strategy professional in Atlanta to lead forecasting, reporting and decision support for Real Estate, Workplace Services, and related teams. You will build data-driven insights and partner with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to improve scalability.

The role requires a 2+ year FP&A background, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. It is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office weekly and broad exposure to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years in FP&A/finance, accounting, consulting, or analytic roles.
• Experience building financial and decision support models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity and proactive approach to expanding skills.
• Collaborative and able to work with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidated close and forecasts (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Develop AI-assisted repeatable business and financial processes.
• Build relationships with partners for strategic decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Assist in analysis and presentation for management meetings.
• Deliver insights to help leaders manage key metrics.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose process fixes.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
