Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the FP&A planning platform strategy, including Workday Adaptive Planning and AI-enabled transformations. You will bridge Finance, Engineering, and Data to translate complex needs into clear roadmaps with measurable impact.

You will drive platform governance, partner with cross-functional teams, and shape a 1-year roadmap while delivering high-impact initiatives that influence executive decisions and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management spanning FP&A, Planning, and AI initiatives.
• Ability to define problems, own milestones, and manage multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience with AI-driven / agentic products and ERP/SaaS ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning or Workday Platform.
• Excellent storytelling and communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for FP&A planning processes with a 1-year roadmap horizon.
• Serve as the domain expert for FP&A processes and planning platforms (Workday Adaptive Planning or equivalent).
• Partner with Engineering, TPMs, and business stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and align goals.
• Define guardrails, escalation paths, and quality standards for Finance technology products.
• Lead platform governance: roadmap reviews, release planning, change management.
• Evaluate AI adoption within FP&A workflows and identify where it adds value.
• Define and track success metrics across the product lifecycle for executive reporting.
