Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead FP&A planning platforms, owning strategy, roadmaps, and delivery. You will bridge Finance, Engineering, and Data to translate complex needs into prioritized product roadmaps that drive measurable impact.

You will influence AI-enabled workflows, evaluate Workday Adaptive Planning adoption, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and governance across FP&A technology stacks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with FP&A domain exposure.
• Ability to develop strategy and own milestones across several related projects with minimal oversight — including a 1–2 year prioritized roadmap.
• Experience with AI-driven / agentic products and enterprise SaaS/ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for FP&A planning processes, with a multi-quarter roadmap.
• Serve as the domain expert for FP&A processes and technology platforms (Workday Adaptive) if applicable.
• Collaborate with Engineering, TPMs, and stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and align goals.
