Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic forecasting in a remote-first environment. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A functions, and drive transparency in planning processes across the finance team.

Responsibilities include monthly closes, budgeting, scenario modeling, and preparing board deliverables. Strong analytical skills and SaaS metrics familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first work mindset with ability to multi-task to deadlines.
• Prior SaaS experience and knowledge of core SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration, user management, model maintenance, issue troubleshooting.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close, provide P&L commentary and reporting.
• Own recurring reports and board deliverables; support budgeting and long-range planning.
• Ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to back growth initiatives.
• Finance partner for G&A leaders, budget vs. actuals, headcount planning, forecasting.
