WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and cross-functional partnering in a remote-first environment across the United States. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage monthly closes, deliver P&L analysis, and assist with budgeting and long-range planning while collaborating with HR, Legal, and Finance to drive transparency and growth.
Strong analytical skills, GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and SaaS metrics experience are essential for
Formación
- 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
- Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
- Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
- Remote-first work environment experience.
- Experience in SaaS businesses and understanding core SaaS metrics.
Responsabilidades
- Adaptive Insights Administration: manage users, models, and data integrity.
- Financial Planning & Reporting: monthly/quarterly close, P&L commentary, templates.
- G&A Business Partnering: budget vs actuals, headcount planning, forecasting.
