Job summary

Clemens Food Group seeks a Corporate Account Executive – Foodservice Distribution in Hatfield, PA. The role combines enterprise relationship management with cross-functional teamwork to drive growth across markets and distributor customers.

You will own multi-year account strategies, lead pricing negotiations, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to deliver results across the foodservice portfolio. This is a hybrid position with travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive foodservice sales or strategic account management experience.
• Experience with large, complex distributor or national account relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the foodservice value chain, distribution economics, and segment dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and business performance across volume, margin, mix, distribution, and profitable growth.
• Develop multi-year account strategies and annual joint business plans with clear priorities and accountability.
• Lead strategic pricing, contract, program, incentive, and commercial-term negotiations.
• Create distributor sell-in and sell-through strategies that expand product authorization and local penetration.
