Job summary

D&H Distributing is seeking a customer-facing sales professional for a hybrid role based near Harrisburg, PA or Clearwater, FL. You will manage assigned accounts, drive revenue and margin growth, and maintain strong customer relationships across the reseller channel.

Responsibilities include outbound calling, price setting for bids, CRM activity, and collaboration with vendors to expand revenue. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales or phone sales experience.
• College education preferred or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals, forecast, and attainment for revenue and margins.
• Set pricing for bids, quotes and deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Create call plans and conduct outbound calls daily with resellers to build relationships and opportunities.
• Record results of outbound campaigns in CRM.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to grow revenue and breadth of sales.
• Respond to sales inbound queue calls daily and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Attend trainings, huddles, and reseller events as needed.
• Present business plans for targeted partners.
