Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America to accelerate growth across the US and Canada. You will identify untapped opportunities, build relationships, and convert opportunities into orders, collaborating with engineering, operations, and procurement teams.

You will travel about 70% across the U.S. and Canada, develop recurring revenue streams, and work under the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience with technical products or manufacturing solutions.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial or manufacturing customers.
• Experience managing sales opportunities from qualification to order and using CRM to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the North America customer base.
• Develop and execute targeted acquisition and win-back strategies, including prospecting and opportunity qualification.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to identify filtration and separation needs and craft technical and commercial solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through negotiations and orders, aligning with regional sales teams and technical experts.
