Interface, Inc. is seeking a strategic Account Executive to join our New England team and cover Massachusetts.

You will build advocacy for nora by Interface rubber flooring and related products with A&D firms, end users, and dealers, identifying project opportunities and driving year-over-year sales growth in the territory. The role emphasizes relationship development, cross-selling with regional teams, and delivering compelling presentations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in interiors or construction is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Grow Interface business across key market segments in MA.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships with A&D firms and end users.
• Learn and apply the nora by Interface sales process and pricing strategy.
• Identify and close project opportunities and leverage cross-selling.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts and manage expenses.
