Interface, a global flooring and sustainability leader, seeks an Account Executive to join our New England team and cover Massachusetts. You will build advocacy for nora by Interface rubber flooring systems with A&D, end users & dealers, and drive year-over-year sales growth in the territory.

The role emphasizes developing new relationships, growing existing accounts, identifying project opportunities, and collaborating with regional teams to close cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in commercial interiors.
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to plan and prioritize an independent work schedule.

Responsibilities

Grow Interface business across key market segments and product lines with a team.
Develop new relationships and grow existing ones with A&D firms and end users.
Learn the nora by Interface sales process and pricing strategy.
Identify project opportunities and close cross-selling with regional teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely sales reports and forecasts.
