Job summary

Interface is seeking a strategic Account Executive in the United States, focusing on nora by Interface rubber flooring systems across key segments such as healthcare, education, and industry. You will locate project opportunities, build advocacy with A&D, end users, and dealers, and drive year-over-year sales growth in your territory.

The role requires traveling within the territory, presenting effectively, and collaborating with regional teams to close deals while maintaining accurate forecasts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
• Prefer at least three years of sales experience in commercial interiors or related fields.
• Excellent presentation skills, including virtual presenting.

Responsibilities

• Build advocacy for nora by Interface across A&D, end users & dealers to grow key market segments.
• Identify and develop project opportunities and move them to order.
• Leverage internal resources and sales support teams to drive opportunities.
• Build and sustain a smart dealer environment within the territory.
• Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense submissions; manage activities in Salesforce CRM.
