Job summary

Interface is seeking an Account Executive to join our New England team, covering Massachusetts. You will build advocacy for nora by Interface rubber flooring systems with A&D firms, end users, dealers, and contractors, driving year-over-year sales growth in the territory.

With a typical base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, the role includes comprehensive health and welfare benefits, travel within the territory, and opportunities to advance with a leading sustainability-focused flooring

Qualifications

• Prefer at least three years of sales experience within commercial or interiors spaces.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Interface business across key market segments and product lines.
• Develop relationships to drive specifications with end users and A&D firms.
• Learn and leverage pricing strategy and sales process.
• Close cross-selling opportunities with regional teammates.
• Lead negotiations and remove barriers to closing.
• Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts using Salesforce.
