Inspiration Fleet is seeking a Manager, Fleet Services to turn opportunities into scalable services for customers, drivers, and support teams. You will lead programs from discovery to performance improvement, reporting to Senior Director, Fleet Services.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Product and Technology, vendor transitions, and building business cases with Finance. Remote-eligible with an office in Washington, DC, and a collaborative, fast-paced culture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management and leasing, fleet services, supplier programs or a closely related commercial vehicle business.
• Understanding of managed maintenance from the driver and repair shop perspective.
• Experience across other fleet services is a plus.
• Ability to develop a business case, test assumptions, and work through pricing and margin questions with Finance.

Aufgaben

• Support Fleet Services roadmap execution using customer and driver feedback, service performance, market insight and vendor capabilities.
• Develop service blueprints, business cases and requirements covering customer and driver experience, provider obligations, enrollment, support, data, billing, reporting, pricing inputs and success measures.
• Lead initiatives and vendor transitions through launch, set milestones, owners, dependencies and decisions.
• Own the Risk and Tradeoff function for all initiatives.
• Set launch criteria with Fleet Operations.
• Evaluate providers, national account networks and platforms for coverage, service quality, customer experience, data access, terms, scalability and fit.
• Recommend providers for selection, onboarding and renewal through structured comparisons with Legal, Finance and Fleet Operations as needed.
• Review provider scorecards with Fleet Operations.
• Assist in defining managed maintenance scope including repair authorization, ASE advisor support, network coverage, workflows, roadside assistance, and rental coordination.
• Partner with Finance on pricing strategy and help Sales/Client Success craft customer solutions.
• Prepare concise service reviews linking adoption, customer experience, provider performance and financial results to actions.
• Translate needs into workflow, data exchange, integration and reporting requirements with Product and Technology.
• Coordinate onboarding, support, billing and reporting handoffs.
• Evaluate launch outcomes and prioritize improvements.
• Share fleet management expertise with product lifecycle discussions and tradeoffs.
