Inspiration Mobility Group is seeking a Manager, Fleet Services to turn opportunities into scalable services for customers, drivers and internal teams. You will lead programs from discovery through launch, partner with Finance and Operations, and report to the Senior Director, Fleet Services.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management, leasing or commercial vehicle services.
• Experience with provider evaluation, service launches and performance metrics.
• NAFA or ASE credentials are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Fleet Services roadmap execution using feedback, performance and market insights.
• Develop service blueprints and business cases covering customer experience, enrollment, billing and pricing.
• Lead initiatives and vendor transitions through launch with clear milestones.
• Own risk and tradeoff assessment for initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, support, billing and reporting handoffs.
