Job summary

Inspiration Fleet is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to own the implementation experience for new customers, coordinating teams, managing onboarding timelines, and ensuring go-live readiness. You will report to the Director, Customer Success and lead onboarding projects from contract to launch to deliver a seamless transition and rapid value realization.

This remote‑eligible role includes collaboration with in‑office teams in Washington, DC, and a focus on scalable onboarding processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project management, customer success, operations, or related role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans.
• Comfortable leading customer-facing meetings and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects for new customers from contract execution through go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding activities are completed on schedule.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers and drive timely resolutions.
• Gather and validate customer requirements, workflows, data, and documentation.
• Coordinate system configuration, data collection, integrations, reporting, and service enrollments.
• Plan and deliver onboarding training sessions for fleet managers, admins, drivers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain onboarding guides, templates, and training materials.
