Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Fleet Software to own the product strategy and roadmap for our fleet platforms across North America and Europe. You will evolve existing solutions like ViriCiti and shape new platforms for truck and autonomous fleet ops.

You will lead with engineering, design, and data teams, driving customer value while working as an individual contributor in a matrix organization. This is a remote NA role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• 12 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on software products.
• Demonstrated ability to evolve existing software platforms while defining new products from the ground up.
• Experience working with fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, or logistics companies preferred.
• Strong technical fluency — able to engage with engineering on software architecture, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Customer-obsessed and data-driven, translating insights into prioritized product decisions.
• Intellectually curious, analytical, collaborative, and able to work as an individual contributor in a matrixed org.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Based in North America.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the fleet software platforms.
• Drive evolution of existing platforms, identify gaps, and scale for growth.
• Define and build new software products for commercial truck charging and autonomous fleet ops.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into clear requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and data science to drive adoption.
• Engage directly with fleet customers to capture workflows and needs.
