Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of dedicated drivers to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and cost control.
• Lead, coach, and support drivers to promote engagement and consistent service execution.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to optimize efficiency and satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance including driver pay, overtime, equipment utilization, and profitability.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure DOT/HOS compliance and company standards.
