CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Fleet Manager to oversee daily operations and financial performance for assigned customer accounts at the Tracy, CA facility.

This role partners with customers and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient on-time delivery while leading drivers and monitoring KPIs. Salary ranges from $73,221 to $100,000, paid bi-weekly, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation or fleet operations with financial accountability.
• Strong communication, decision-making and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and driver performance to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
• Lead, coach and support drivers to drive engagement and consistency.
• Maintain regular customer communication to improve efficiency.
• Monitor payroll, overtime and cost control for profitability.
• Promote DOT and Hours of Service compliance and safety standards.
• Track KPIs and take corrective actions to hit targets.
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance and leadership to optimize resources.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and driver satisfaction.
• Maintain attendance and flexible support for after-hours needs.
• Travel as required; perform other duties as assigned.
