You will lead drivers, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and drive safety, utilization, and profitability through proactive management.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Transportation or fleet operations with accountability for service and financial results.
• Customer management: Proven success building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze operational and financial data to identify issues and solutions.
• Leadership: Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of dedicated drivers to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
• Lead, coach, and support drivers to promote engagement and consistent execution of service expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with the customer, addressing service needs and identifying efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of the account, including driver pay, overtime, and utilization to meet profitability goals.
• Promote safety by adhering to DOT and HOS regulations and safety standards.
