Job summary

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Fleet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance for assigned customer accounts in Front Royal, VA.

You will manage drivers, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and drive safety, service, and profitability. You will lead teams, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements while ensuring DOT/HOS compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in transportation or fleet operations with accountability for service and financial results.
• Proven customer relationship management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of dedicated drivers to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Lead, coach, and support drivers to promote engagement and consistent service execution.
• Maintain regular communication with the customer and identify efficiency improvements.
• Monitor financial performance including driver pay, overtime, and cost control to meet profitability goals.
• Promote safety by adhering to DOT and Hours of Service regulations and standards.
• Track KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance, and leadership teams to optimize resources.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and driver satisfaction.
